Tim Pool's Meltdown
The sad tragedy of losing that sweet $100,000 per podcast gig from the Russians
When we last left off, Tim Pool's insanely lucrative deal with TENET Media (where he earned $100,000 for one podcast per week) turned out to be short-lived when it was revealed that Russia was behind the funding of TENET Media, which not only led to TENET Media's sudden demise but it also prompted YouTube to completely close that channel down.
Tim Pool still has his own YouTube channels Tim Pool, Timcast, Timcast IRL, and Timcast Music. But two nights ago, in an apparent hissy fit, Pool decided that his latest video on his Timcast IRL channel will be his last.
Apparently he threw a huge temper tantrum where he totally attacked his own staff for not working as hard as he did and, as a result, it will be the last video he will ever make for his Tim Pool IRL channel. Apparently this rant went on for two hours. If you're not into watching a two-hour Tim Pool temper tantrum, this 15-minute video has the highlights.
Tim Pool's hissyfit has led to articles in The Daily Dot and The Deep Dive.
There are also these two hilarious discussions on Reddit that you can read here and here.

Many people noted on Twitter/X The strange timing of Tim Pool's decision to throw in the towel just two weeks before the US presidential election.
But then last night he made another video for his Timcast IRL channel announcing that he will marry his girlfriend Allison and she is currently pregnant with his first child. Given his current troubles, he picked quite a time to plan a wedding and start a family.
As for the future of his other YouTube channels Tim Pool, Timcast, and Timcast Music, who knows? He has since added new videos to the first two channels as of this writing. (The third channel is him playing his musical instruments and singing his own original songs. Let's just say that there are other singers whose music I personally prefer over Tim Pool and leave it at that.) He might be able to make do with just three YouTube channels but there is one issue that still hasn't been fully resolved and that's the podcast series he made for the Kremlin-funded TENET Media. So far it looks like the Justice Department is only going after the two RT employees who have been funneling money through TENET Media. There's always the possibility that the Justice Department could go after the online talent who received the money to make their pro-Kremlin propaganda. If that's the case, then Tim Pool could face legal trouble of his own.
Of course there are also new financial adjustments that Pool will have to deal with now that he has lost his very lucrative weekly $100,000 per podcast episode from the Kremlin-backed TENET Media. If he had any common sense, he would have saved at least half of his insanely high weekly podcasting paycheck that he could tap into to support himself and his new family. But I wouldn't be surprised if he had spent his weekly $100,000 paycheck as quickly as he earned it and he's now financially struggling.
In the meantime Pool's own reputation is toast. The day after his two-hour hissyfit on Timcast IRL he made this post on Twitter/X where he tweeted “There's a collapse happening Walgreens, 7-11, TGIF, Big Lots, Dirt Cheap, Hooters and this is just a few examples.”
That tweet got plenty of responses and they are mostly a variation of this one tweet: “Forgot to add ‘TimCast’ to that list.”
Then there's this tweet: “You should get Putin to prop them up, just like you.”
In any case it's kind of hard to feel sorry for Tim Pool since he had willingly left his Occupy Wall Street roots behind in order to make money shilling for the likes of Vladimir Putin and Donald Trump, neither of whom ever gave a damn about the plight of the poor and working class people unless they could score some kind of a cheap political point by using them for their own ends. As this short video points out, Tim Pool is a traitor and a perfect mark for Russia to exploit.
As for Pool's immediate future, other than his announcement of his upcoming wedding to Allison and the birth of his first child, there are two possible scenarios. The first comes from BlackKnight10K: “It's two weeks before the election and Tim Pool is retiring? He's getting indicted after the election is over.”
The second scenario comes from Dave Troy: “Tim Pool will end up in Moscow, or another Putin-friendly country. The jig is up. Everything else he's saying is noise.”
I have a feeling that we haven't reached the end of the Tim Pool saga yet.
