Today is Halloween but Donald Trump couldn't wait to try out his latest costume so yesterday he pretended to be a garbage man. Here's some background. Last Sunday was that infamous modern day Nazi rally at Madison Square Garden where a so-called “comedian” named Tony Hinchcliffe made an unfunny joke about Puerto Rico being a floating island of garbage.
Of course that so-called joke infuriated Puerto Ricans.
It also led President Joe Biden to denounce that joke while saying that the Puerto Ricans he knows are good, decent, honorable people while the only garbage he sees are Trump supporters.
In response Donald Trump did this ridiculous publicity stunt dressed as a garbage man riding a garbage truck.
This follows on the heels of Donald Trump's previous stunt working a few minutes at a McDonald's because he was so peeved about Kamala Harris having worked at one decades ago. Then he attempted to monetize that stint by selling $100 t-shirts.
Those two recent very short stints at working class jobs still don't gloss over the fact that, prior to 2016, the only job Donald Trump has ever held was with his family's own business, where his only boss was his own father. He worked as a real estate developer far longer than he ever worked as US president, McDonald's fryer operator, and garbage man combined.
Trump acts all outraged over Joe Biden's statement yet here's a compilation of clips that was aired on Joe Scarborough's MSNBC show that all came from various speeches that Trump gave recently where he literally insulted various people, including a four-star general.
Meanwhile 233 mental health professionals have signed an open letter warning the American public about Donald Trump's cognitive decline.
I wouldn't be surprised if Trump tries to sell overpriced merchandise based on his latest stint as a garbage collector. (Hey, there's five days left until Election Day so it's not too late to sell something like this.) I've already voted for president and I didn't pick Donald Trump. Although Donald Trump has definitely earned my vote in a different election for Biggest Clown of 2024. 🤡
